Software update on our firewall systems

Maintenance window on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Dear colleagues and students,

We would like to inform you that we will be updating the software on our firewall systems to improve the security and functionality of our network. We have taken all necessary measures to minimize interruptions to access to network services during the update process and to avoid outages.

The update will be carried out in a maintenance window on Monday, 07.04.2025, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Our team will carefully monitor the update process to ensure that it runs smoothly and that all network functions remain stable and available during this time.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or experience any issues after the update, please contact us immediately at noc@tuwien.ac.at.
