Version upgrade ticket system

From December 13, 2023 up to and including December 14, 2023 access to the Assyst ticket system will be limited

In order to be able to guarantee an up-to-date version of the Assyst software, a necessary version upgrade will be carried out from December 13, 2023 to December 14, 2023 inclusive.

Direct access to the ticket system online portal (https://support.tuwien.ac.at/assystnet/, opens an external URL in a new window) will not be possible during this period.

You can continue to send your requests to help@it.tuwien.ac.at as usual. Please note, however, that your inquiries will be answered with a delay during this period. Thank you for your understanding.

The maintenance work will be completed by 4 p.m. on December 14, 2023.
