Announcement of Network Infrastructure Maintenance Works in AGEG24B (Karlsplatz main building) on Tuesday, September 12, 2023

Due to the renewal of our network infrastructure in AGEG24B (Karlsplatz main building), an outage of network connectivity will affect TUnet connections in AGEG, AG01 and AG02 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

Our network switches will be replaced by more recent devices with higher performance.

Following outages are to be expected in AGEG, AG01 and AG02:

Computers, standard and multimedia network devices: 15-30 seconds per device
Phones: 2-3 minutes outage per device
WLAN: 2-3 minutes per WLAN access point

We are dedicated to keeping the outage as short as possible.
