Notes on account approval

Each application must be approved by an account eligible person of the institute. This confirmation is necessary to ensure that the application has been made in agreement with the Institute's Board. Also account changes (extensions, deletions) must be confirmed.

Account approvers can be named by the OE leadership (online, opens an external URL in a new window).

The Board of Directors and the account approver acknowledge that it is their responsibility to comply with:

and bring this to the attention of the applicants. If personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act, Campus IT must be informed.

It should be noted that certain services are not available immediately after approval. These services still require an approval and possibly an installation step.
