Service description

Data management plan (DMP) is a document describing the life cycle of data (especially research data) from collection to archiving, including all measures that ensure that the data remain available, usable and traceable (understandable).

The TU Wien DMP Tool (https://dmptool.tuwien.ac.at/) is an application for creating data management plans (DMPs) that is designed to support you as a researcher in the efficient planning and management of your research data. It is an adapted instance of the open source tool DAMAP, which was developed in collaboration with TU Graz.

To register, you need your TU username (short name or generic email address (if necessary without the @ part) and your TU account password.
