TUshop

Service description

The TUshop is used to order, provide, cancel and bill TU.it services for all institutes/organizational units/employees and students of the TU Wien. There are currently only a few services available via this portal. We are expanding gradually.

The TUshop is your central point of contact for obtaining and managing campus IT services. All necessary accompanying tasks (billing, rights management, online control,...) are also carried out in the TUshop.

The TUshop offers end customers ordering, unsubscribing and administration options for the services available via the TUshop. Appropriately authorized people can carry out these functions on behalf of all organizational unit members. Billing for employees is also carried out and controlled. The TUshop is also an automation system. and control platform, so that, among other things, online user and license management, file server controls and asset management are carried out.

Information on order process, costs and billing only available after registration.
